Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 10:00 pm.

free pick-up and delivery. Additionally, there is never a "rush" charge!

color and black & white machines document scanning and copying. We can balance multiple
jobs seamlessly or increase our page per minute throughput for single jobs by running
them on several machines. In addition, if a machine is breaks down, rerouting that document imaging
job to another machine to keep productivity on schedule is no problem.
Our image-capture process is among the best in the industry. In fact, many of our
document imaging projects stem from clients who have experienced the pain and frustration
of using a company whose core business is something other than image capture. Doc1
has been turning boxes of paper into high-quality images accompanied by well-coded,
searchable databases for the largest law firms, legal documents and legal departments in the country.
In addition to our extensive capacity at our primary facility in Denver, we offer
local capture services at any location and can expedite an on-site team in a matter
of days.

Doc1 Solutions will designate a full time project manager to your account to assure
consistency for your projects in job instruction, quality control and situation
resolution. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone, e-mail or
in-person. Through your designated project manager we provide a single point of
contact to insure that all quality and service standards are consistently met on every
document management system.
Your Project Manager will be available for consultation regarding all aspects of
the account, often identifying cost-saving solutions for unique projects. All Doc1
Project Managers have extensive experience in the legal field.

Doc1 Solutions will also assign a production representative who will work with your
projects to maximize productivity. Our combined staff has an average of 5 years

Because Doc1 Solutions is not a retail environment, your documents will be secure.
Only authorized Doc1 personnel are allowed in our production facility. We are required
to operate in a secure facility due to the work we are performing for various government
agencies and private entities.
Doc1 Solutions has a fully secured FTP site available for transferring electronic
data. Additionally, we can retrieve electronic files via FTP or e-mail from any
source you require.

Doc1 Solutions machines and IT support are partnered with companies that specialize
in their designated areas. They are available 24 hours and will be on location within
2 hours. Additionally, Doc1 Solutions maintains IT personnel who support internal
technology as well as client related technology.

At project completion, a detailed invoice will accompany each project delivery outlining
the services provided and their respective prices for satisfaction approval. Additional
copies of these invoices can be provided, if requested.
A reference system can be established for easy tracking and authorization purposes.
A monthly/quarterly statement can be generated for accounting purposes. These statements
will include project date, amount, and reference numbers.

Other services we can offer include workflow design, email distribution, electronic discovery, electronic
image capture (scanning and document imaging), custom tabs, oversize copies (black and white
or color), binding, labeling, indexing, foam board mounting, transparency copies,
electronic document management, and document preparation & re-assembly.
